Holistic Athlete is a Mental Performance Company who works with athletic teams, coaching staffs, and individual athletes on implementing mental skills to reach peak performance potential. Holistic Athlete recognizes the challenges athletes and coaches face. Many athletes have responsibilities off the field, and other aspects of their lives that are important -- such as their academics, family, and social life. We focus on creating a well-rounded athlete who excels in all areas of their lives, with the belief that athletes who have balance and success in all domains of their lives are more likely to perform at a high level. Services include: Workshops, seminars, education programs, and 1-on-1 counseling sessions with athletes and/or coaches
