I started my career in law, earning a BLS LLB degree, but my true calling was always in the kitchen. Trading legal documents for measuring cups, I pursued my passion for baking and earned a Level 3 Diploma from City & Guilds and a Diploma in Eggless Bakery & Patisserie.
My journey began with classic French pastry, but a personal mission changed everything. Seeing my husband’s love for desserts and the impact of unhealthy eating habits, I set out to reinvent indulgence—creating baked goods that are not only delicious but also nourishing.
Today, I’m the Founder of Holistic Delights, a premium homegrown brand dedicated to clean, wholesome baking. We specialize in:
