Hello I’m Laura, a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) qualified naturopath and a proud member of the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA). As a practitioner, I specialise in womens wellness, skin issues and gut health.
I focus in these areas due to my own personal experiences with Endometriosis and the connected skin breakouts and severe bloating. Add that to the food intolerances and chronic fatigue and I’m a delight!
Between the chronic fatigue that lingered after contracting glandular fever and the excrutiating painful periods, I felt really let down by my treatment options and the bandaid solutions I was offered.
Then Naturopathy came along. Since focusing on restoring my hormonal balance, reducing inflammation and supporting my immune system, my periods have completely changed. Adding in personalised supplements and a few dietary changes has reduced the bloating. My breakout free skin is just the icing on the cake…adult acne is just not my vibe!
