Holistic PT is an AHCA certified contract therapy practice. We are comprised of carefully vetted clinicians with a combined 71 years of in home health. Our comprehensive team approach to rehabilitation provides patients with the support and education for recovery and improved quality of life. We go through an in-depth application process with all of our clinicians, so that you can be assured our home care providers are most qualified to meet your needs. Our application process includes a screening, criminal background check, appropriate driving credentials, and assessment. We strive to meet high standards of work ethic and professionalism. Our treatment philosophy at Holistic PT is to approach the patient with a well-rounded, individualized, evidence based plan of care. We understand the importance of being at home with loved ones while recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. We treat a wide variety of diagnoses including muscular, neurological, orthopedic, and cardiovascular conditions. Our services can prevent re-hospitalization, postpone institutionalization, and reduce the need for urgent care.
