Holka (The Needle)

“Holka” ( NGO “The Needle”) — unites representatives of media, civil activists, various branches of government (executive, legislative, judicial), business, and international partners to protect socially important values and strengthen Ukrainian statehood. No one can make policies for us without us. We participate in shaping the vision of the country’s and communities’ development, bringing together the stakeholders, facilitating communication and interaction to comprehensively consider society’s interests in policy-making and decision-making by the authorities. Under these conditions, the interests of all parties must be balanced, and branches of government should maintain their independence without distorting each other. In such a scenario, Ukraine will have a favorable investment climate for reconstruction, and donors will be able to successfully implement projects aligned with our state’s interests.
