Holland & Harley Construction, Inc. has been building and remodeling in Berkeley and the East Bay since 1986. Since then, Holland & Harley has built a reputation as one of the premier general contractors in the East Bay. As the company has slowly grown, it has developed and maintained its culture of integrity, honesty and value. The Holland & Harley crew has been together for years, with very little turnover. The company is currently lead and managed by Chip Harley, one of the original partners. Chip actively participates in every project, serving as estimator, scheduler, project manager, problem solver, detailer, negotiator and teacher. He maintains a detailed task list for all current jobs and is intimately involved in the day to day field operations. Chip works with every member of the crew to maintain the culture of quality, honesty, integrity and respect in the company.
