Founded in 2014 by ocean race legend Hans Bouscholte and Willem Jan Landman, the foundation offers Ocean Race Talents a multi-year training to all-round Big Boat crew. Known trainers coach the talents in line with their personal to goals and ambition to crew or even Big Boat skipper.
