With over 20 years in the Human Resources industry, Hollis strives to shine a light on the voices of others and create opportunities for people to ignite their most productive and authentic selves. Doing so has brought Hollis to the nonprofit boards of the Audre Lorde Project, Camara Dance Unlimited, and the Professional Performing Arts School.
He served seven years as an adjunct instructor at the College of New Rochelle and has also guided and facilitated training for nonprofits, company/community leaders, and entrepreneurs in strategic planning, organizational development, and professional growth.
He obtained his education from New York University, Le Moyne College, and the Coaching Training Institute, one of the world’s oldest coaching universities, which has continuously allowed him to help others shine a light on their paths.
