I used worked for 2 of the largest global FinTech Companies in Singapore, Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters, and being a high achieving salesperson eventually led to near burn out that inspired my own health journey.
I’ve since found a way to balance my business and health ambitions as a sustainable long term career and lifestyle – and now helping others to do the same.
I also run corporate health & wellness programs and workshops, and work with global companies that includes BlackRock, London Stock Exchange Group, IHS Markit, and The Marketing Store Asia.
