Holocene began with the objective of helping our clients create a clear mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering strategy on their highly-valued construction projects. To achieve this we deliver drawings, design specifications and technical documentation, focusing on accurate detailing of complex engineering systems with clear descriptions of the requirements. In addition to our core skill-set, m&e engineering design, we also now offer in house CAD services and SAP compliance assessments. Our core services include M&E Engineering Design from RIBA Stage 2 Concept Design to RIBA Stage 4 Technical Design and CAD services for M&E Engineering. In addition, we can provide SAP Assessments, Building Regulations Part L Compliance Reports and Energy Performance Certificates for new-build dwellings.
