Holocron ® nasce molto prima della sua ufficiale costituzione dall’innata predisposizione di Andrea Pasqui, suo fondatore, per l’informatica. Ingegnere informatico nell’anima ha applicato sempre i principi della logica della semplificazione mettendo in campo forti competenze tecniche.
Nel 2018 diventa Società a Responsabilità Limitata, entrando nel cda Francesco Caruso, anche lui ingegnere informatico. La sua predisposizione per la tecnologia e organizzazione lavorativa si amalgamano bene con la mente tecnica di Andrea.
