Founded and run by Tea Sommelier Poonam Gupta, Holy Cow Tea aims to change the way we enjoy Britain's favourite drink. Poonam is extremely passionate about good quality loose leaf tea. She also is very passionate about tea education. Raising awareness of the many facets of why loose leaf tea is the better choice; the benefits of loose leaf tea on our environment by ditching the “Tea Bag”; to the mindfulness and well being. Most important for her is that both trade and retail customers receive the best experience when enjoying this golden elixir called Tea.
