Leaving ministry is a death. The death of a dream, a calling, a community, a purpose, and an identity. And in the middle of grieving that death we somehow need to find a job. To not only figure out what we want to do, but then somehow convince someone to hire us based on experience they don't understand. We’re rebuilding our lives and careers from scratch.
