Company Hombach (Ernst Hombach GmbH & Co. KG) is one of the leading specialist for Twin-Sheet Thermofoming technology in the world. We are specialized in high quality large format plastic parts (up to sizes of 3000mm x 2500mm) with nearly injection moulded precision and mostly even better stiffness.
Our production technologies are already economic in small quantities because of proportionally low tooling and development costs. Starting with yearly quantities of 10 pieces up to a typical maximum of 1.000 pieces are the ordinary production lots for our technologies.
We are focused on the manufacturing of device and machine covers and housings (e.g. healthcare sector like CT and MRI scanners), with high requirements regarding product design, precision, quality, robostness and at the same time often small yearly quantities and large format parts.
Our technologies also allow to integrate additional functions and fixing solutions directly into the parts.
We are able to to support our customers with product design, development and engineering, prototyping and series production incl. mechanical and electronical assemblies.
