Hombi, the social App for managing apartment buildings by the tenants association (“VAAD”) or management companies. Hombi was developed by a group of entrepreneurs who managed the building association and stumbled across a vast variety of issues and problems encountered by the building association on a daily basis.
Hombi is fitted to the needs of the building's associations as well as the needs of the tenants. Using this App shall save time and cut costs.
This App enables an efficient management of the building: it allows both the building association (“VAAD”) and the tenants to send messages, vote, find recommended professionals, reporting problems, organize the building association’s tasks, provide financial reports and pay the association fees by credit cards.
