Home Care Solutions is a locally owned and operated elder-care service company offering non-medical home care services and Aging Life Care Management.
For more than 30 years Home Care Solutions has provided elderly clients and their families the solutions to elder-care dilemmas. The broad range of services includes personalized home care with an Alzheimer’s specialization and Geriatric Care Management. In-home personal care and companion services are assessed, planned and coordinated by a licensed social workers and nurses. Care Managers provide coordination of medical appointments, crisis management, and evaluation of residential options to help families resolved complicated issues.
Home Care Solutions’ caregiver services are available 24-hours, seven days a week with 24-hour on-call supervision. Caregiver services are billed at an hourly rate with a four hour minimum. At Home Care Solutions, caregivers are carefully selected individuals who have the compassion, skills and commitment necessary to enhance the quality of life of our clients. To meet our exceptional standards, caregivers must have elder care experience and training, excellent work references and clear criminal and personal background checks. As their employer, we handle all the responsibilities of payroll, taxes, social security, scheduling, insurance and worker’s compensation.
