Home Care AFC is a MassHealth licensed provider of the Adult Foster Care program serving all of Massachusetts. We come offer support to caregivers who take care of a loved one that lives in their home and needs assistance with some daily tasks. Caregivers receive a stipend of up to $18,000 per year, tax free, to compensate for the important work they do. They also benefit from the support of a dedicated care team that provides expertise and guidance in navigating the healthcare system and providing resources, referrals, and education to ensure peace of mind and ease throughout the caregiving journey.
