The HomeQuest Group not only supports property management and has built a portfolio of properties, it provides training in property management, general contracting and real estate investing for those who want to learn those skills. HomeQuest has a strong property management team and has grown to lead the way in transitional housing and actively pursues new opportunities in real estate. The HomeQuest Group has successfully purchased and transformed more than $500,000 worth of single-family residence and multi-family real estate impacting more than 300 lives through those properties. It has also helped several individuals convert from transitional housing and renting to becoming homeowners.
