Rich Bloem, a licensed Michigan builder, established Homes By True North in 2001. He has over 25 years of experience in energy efficient building construction and has received a Five Star Energy Star Builder award. Rich is often a keynote speaker at energy efficient construction seminars throughout the United States, and applies this knowledge and passion to every home built by Homes By True North.
