At Home Sanctuary we create harmonious, peaceful and calm spaces through holistic organisation and tidy techniques. Home Sanctuary is built on a foundation of sustainability, living under the belief that small changes in our environment can have a big impact on our wellbeing and the lives of others. Our founder, Sally Flower is the first Australian trained by Marie Kondo in the famous KonMari Method®. Sally is also a wellness consultant, mindfulness coach, sustainability advocate and avid yogi. Her biggest motivation is environmental change, she is passionate about changing the way we purchase, minimising her environmental footprint and helping others to do the same. We believe the home should be an oasis, free from the pressures of the outside world. A place to nourish our bodies with planned meals inspired by the seasons, free from unnecessary waste and harmful chemicals. A place to connect with our partners, children and our ourselves, free from distraction and to-do lists. A place to display all the things we treasure, surrounding ourselves with objects that light us up and inspire us to be the best version of ourselves. Through collaborations, keynotes and consulting, Sally provides her audience with the information and advice they need to make positive change for individual and environmental wellness.
