LEVEL: Equity Building

LEVEL: Equity Buildings (LEVEL) is a 501c3 nonprofit providing a holistic, system-innovating program model to develop homeowners, housing stock, and communities at a pace complementing each other. LEVEL is a long term solution to address housing inequity and facilitate dignified, affordable homeownership opportunities for existing residents. Working at the intersection of Asset-Based Community Development principles and market-based realities, we are invited into neighborhoods and work alongside and in the community to move its residents into sustainable homeownership. Our process includes the collection and mapping of community data which informs and drives all decision making and investment strategies. This data and shared resources, strategically working together, to help facilitate opportunities for homeownership, small business start-ups, workforce development, education, health, arts and culture, youth development, food access and anything else that might be discovered – the possibilities are truly endless.
