HomeServe Academy started with a simple mission — grow our own talent. Like many employers, we struggled to find skilled, work-ready engineers who could hit the ground running. So we built our own solution: a hands-on, purpose-built training centre focused on real skills, not tick-box qualifications.
For the last three years, we’ve focused on developing our internal workforce — raising apprentices, reskilling teams, and setting new standards in what good trade training looks like. Now that we’ve strengthened our own pipeline, we’re opening the doors. We’ve built up the people, kit, and expertise to help other businesses do the same.
