Our pricing structure includes all of the services you will want and expect. Your property will be marketed in all the top spots, such as Rightmove, Zoopla and local press and radio. In addition, we use a fresh approach to social media marketing. We give you a single friendly point of contact to walk you through what can be a stressful timely and complex process. All this for a transparent, paid on completion, fixed fee of just 0.6% including VAT. How do we do it? Simple; we keep our overheads low and have collaborated with some of the most professional brands in the local market that share our ethos for proving friendly approachable local service as well as unique selling point that is not offered by the competition.
