We do what ever it takes to get the job done, Specializing in repairs that typically most guys could do if they knew how but would rather get a handy man to take care of them. I specialize in all "Honey Do List", No job ever being to small nor to large. As most recently I have been working with a group flipping houses, I have always wanted this experience as I know what it takes and can offer things that most of these guys don't have the knowledge of repairing: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, all of which I have years of experience in trouble shooting and repairing these type of problems. The demo portion is done with the knowledge of sometimes it takes less time to install new but it also may be reused, I am all about if it takes less time to just replace then by all means lets replace but If its intricate work that needs to be saved lets save it. Let's save time and remove everything that needs to be removed while at the area where your located at that moment. The ability of seeing how it's going to come together as a finished product is remarkable, after opening up rooms to open up a living area, removing the 1970's nostalgic and making it evolve to 2011, is an art in itself...
