Our platform can handle thousands of vacancies at hundreds of geographical locations and simultaneously manage all the promotional channels, comparing job boards with ad campaigns in terms of efficiency and costs. Honeyleads significantly increases candidate flow at challenging locations or during special situations. We bring candidates from a small village or find rare specialists during high demand. We also support opening new offices or retail outlets in a region when dozens of specialists are required simultaneously. Our platform not only allows the recruiter to track the whole candidate funnel, but also predicts future candidate pipeline characteristics and recommends budgeting adjustments. Optimization engine is learning continuously providing data for pre-optimization of further media campaigns.
