Our expertise in material science and mechanical engineering allows us to propose cost-efficient evaluations of electronic assemblies, from the determination of the physical properties of the Printed Circuit Board (PCB), solder alloy and the electronic components (BGA, QFN, etc.), to the lifetime assessment of solder joints subjected to severe thermomechanical and mechanical (vibrations / shocks) loading. We support our customers meeting the reliability requirements of their electronic equipment by offering services regarding all the aspects of electronic assembly reliability: - Consulting services (build a reliability program, development of solder joint durability models, evaluation of materials’ physical properties, Finite Element Analysis, design optimizations, literature reviews, etc.), - Technical documentations (physical properties of Printed Circuit Boards, statistical analysis of durability data, etc.), - Training programs (durability assessment of electronic assemblies subjected to temperature cycling and vibrations / shocks, assessment of PCB physical properties, customized training), - Software development (our reliability software is currently under development, it will allow to calculate the lifetime of electronic equipment subjected to temperature cycles, and therefore help prevent failures throughout their life cycles).
