With our head office based centrally in Surrey, British Columbia, HCLG services most of the Lower Mainland region. The staff at HCLG includes fully designated members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada with extensive experience in the valuation of IC&I and residential real estate. The services of HCLG are utilized by financial institutions, government offices, real estate developers, investors, legal professionals, and everyday home owners. Our mission statement is to filter and deliver information in a timely manner which will assist our clients with real estate investment decisions.
