hooracán develops distributed wind energy solutions for medium-sized commercial and industrial clients. We finance, deploy, and manage sub-MW wind turbines directly on customer sites, delivering clean electricity behind the meter at a discount to retail power prices. Our off-balance sheet model removes the need for upfront capital investment and ensures long-term price stability. hooracán also develops offshore wind projects in the Black Sea, leveraging our expertise in site selection and permitting. By proactively engaging with authorities and key stakeholders, hooracán has secured a first-mover position in this emerging market. Since inception, hooracán has created and exited pre-Ready-to-Build utility-scale projects in Moldova — a 70MW wind farm and a 10MW/40MWh BESS — originated and co-developed as part of the HPI Wind portfolio. A further 135MW of wind projects remains under development by HPI. While utility scale renewables remain a strategic part of our ambition, our primary focus is on delivering decentralised, on-site wind energy solutions that provide immediate financial benefits to businesses.
