Ons verhaal begint een 30-tal jaar geleden, wanneer Luc Norman de zaak start in Lochristi. Toen werd vooral gewerkt in optiekzaken en van thuis uit.
In 2011 kwam zoon Nicolas in de zaak en was het beroep ook in volle verandering. Er werd dan ook beslist om een zelfstandig hoorcentrum in hartje Lochristi te starten. Dat is ondertussen uitgegroeid tot een bruisende zaak met grote expertise binnen de wereld van de audiologie.
Vader Luc besliste in 2015 om de fakkel door te geven aan zoon Nicolas, nadat hij wist dat de zaak in goeie handen was.
