The company was founded in 1970 and is wholly family owned. Hope & Clay (Construction) Ltd has a strong reputation for providing clients requirements on time and to budget. The company specialises in the civil engineering sector, and has completed many schemes for local authorities and private developers over the years. The company has a strong reliable workforce, with many members with service history in excess of 20 years for Hope & Clay. All plant is wholly owned by the company including excavators up to 29t. We have in house service facilities at our head office location with four fitters for maintenance of our equipment. Our staff are highly trained, with a wide range of certification including plant operation, confined spaces, SWQR, CSCS, first aid and the like. Sample training lists are included for a site manager and operatives. All operatives are directly employed by the company, with no agency or self employed operatives.
