H4FF is vibrant youth organisation seeking to promote the welfare of the current generation whilst creating better opportunities for the future generations. We do this through advocacy, dialogues, community sensitization, training and consultancy services. We also undertake capacity building and services delivery to the deprived and marginalized people of the society as one of our prime objectives. Vision: To be a dynamic organisation persistently responding to changing social realities via development and knowledge application to create a sustainable society by keenly contributing to the socio-economic development needs whilst promoting equality, social justice and human rights for all. Mission: To work towards the promotion of a society of equality, social justice and human rights for all especially the vulnerable and building strong societal structures for sustainable development. This will be achieved through social works, research, knowledge dissemination, dialogue, advocacy among others. Aims and Objectives To promote international understanding, peace and tolerance through education, science, culture and mass communication. To organize programs in the aims of social work, human resource management, Health system, culture and support research program. To promote sustainable, equitable and participatory development, social welfare and social justice through program for social work, Human Resources Management, Health service and other human service through social research and dissemination of socially relevant knowledge, social intervention through training and field action, contribution to social and welfare policy and programs. To significantly contribute to planning, action strategies and human resource development in areas such as rural and urban educational development, health, agriculture and human rights particularly for the disadvantaged and marginalized groups (women, children and the aged).
