HOPE: Hydrogen Offshore Production for Europe

HOPE is building a 10MW offshore hydrogen production facility powered entirely by renewables, representing the next step toward zero-carbon transport and industry in Europe. The project has received funding from the Ministry of Economy of Belgium (Clean Hydrogen for Clean Industry) and from the European Union – Next Generation EU and Clean Hydrogen Partnership under Grant Agreement 101111899. This partnership receives support from the European Union’s Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Programme.
