About Hope Meadows Foundation

Hope Meadows Foundation is a non-profit organization that serves the community to provide equine assisted counseling and life skills programs. Hope Meadows works with adolescents, adults, groups, and families. Populations we serve include: at-risk youth, first responders, healthcare workers, those affected by human trafficking and those affected by grief and loss.
