Hope Meadows Foundation is a non-profit organization that serves the community to provide equine assisted counseling and life skills programs.
Hope Meadows works with adolescents, adults, groups, and families. Populations we serve include: at-risk youth, first responders, healthcare workers, those affected by human trafficking and those affected by grief and loss. Each specialized treatment team is comprised of a Mental Health Specialist, Equine Specialist and one or more horses, creating a safe, non-judgmental, and reflective environment. Our team of Equine Specialists have experience and certifications in the EAGALA model of EAP and Natural Lifemanship model of Trauma-Informed EAP.
