Hope's Corner

Hope's Corner creates a community that promotes the well-being of all by providing nutritious meals and warm showers in a caring and collaborative manner at the corner of Hope and Mercy Streets in Mountain View, CA. We serve a nutritious meal to anyone in need every Monday and Wednesday from 8am - 9am and Saturday from 8am to 10am. In addition, we offer free showers and laundry service to unhoused people each day of operation. In September 2024, we celebrated serving our 250,000th meal since our first meal service in 2011. We served over 43,000 meals and provided almost 2400 showers in 2023 thanks to the efforts of over 900 volunteers who contributed over 13,000 hours of service. Over 60% of our operating income comes from private donors. With rising operating costs, we depend more on these donations than ever before.
