HOPS Wellbeing Service

HOPS offers healing therapies and group activities to reduce stress, pain and anxiety; to reduce social isolation and to improve health, wellbeing and quality of life. We support unpaid carers; older people; people with long-term health conditions; and those living through difficult circumstances by providing accessible assistance on the path to good health and the promotion of self care. Through individual therapy sessions and regular group activities, HOPS supports people to ‘Feel Better and Stay Well’ (HOPS’ motto), providing holistic care to benefit physical and mental health. Individual therapy sessions, (e.g., Massage, Reiki, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, Reflexology), alongside group classes (e.g., Mindful Meditation, Yoga, Crafts and Singing) provide a rounded programme of wellbeing support.
