HORECA stands for Hotels, Restaurants and Catering. It has become a household name in the ever-growing hospitality industry in this country by providing companies a platform to exhibit their latest products, and chefs to showcase their amazing Culinary skills. Organizing at a space of 1500 square meters and having 20 exhibitors and 100 chefs in 10 competitions in its inaugural year in 2012, we have now more than 90 exhibitors and sponsors, and now possess the participation of more than 300 chefs in 21 Culinary Art Show Competitions, which are judged by more than 12 Celebrity Master Chefs from around the world. Our visitors have also tripled during these years to more than 7000 professionals in this strict B2B Exhibition, highlighting the popularity of this event in Kuwait. Other than the Culinary Art show, we also organize Bed Making Competitions, where professional housekeepers make perfect bed, HORECA Hospitality Forum, where famous personalities and dignitaries present latest trends and vision in the Hospitality Industry and the World Pastry Competition to determine the best pastry maker in Kuwait, who will compete later at the International Stage.
