INSPIRE

INSPIRE is about fostering a more inclusive and participatory democracy and society, which starts from the experiences and knowledges of marginalised groups to inform more equitable policies. The project evaluates and co-designs inclusive participatory spaces and tests arts-based methods to make policymaking more engaging. INSPIRE utilizes a three-pronged approach: understanding the political economy of participation, co-designing with marginalized groups, and utilizing assemblage theory. Through seven pilot projects across Europe, INSPIRE amplifies the voices of marginalized communities, develops innovative methods for democratic participation, and influences policy changes for social justice and equity.
