Horn Development Association (HDA) has been proudly serving communities since its incorporation in October 2006. Based in Butetown, we are committed to supporting individuals and families across Butetown, Grangetown, Riverside, and beyond. Through years of experience and community development, HDA continues to provide essential support and inclusive services to youth, older adults, schools, local organisations, migrants, refugees and anyone in need. Our Mission: Our mission is to empower and enrich lives by delivering accessible, community-driven services that promote opportunity, inclusion and positive wellbeing regardless of age, background or circumstance. We are dedicated to bridging gaps left by reduced services and creating a vibrant community hub where people can connect, learn, grow and thrive. We offer free accredited training, motivational programmes and employment-focused qualifications to help boost skills and increase job prospects. We also promote community cohesion through sport, music and cooking — powerful tools that bring people together, celebrate diversity and build confidence.
