Founder and Developer of Horse-Craft Products™ Joe Arnold began roping in his early teens and quickly became an accomplished header and heeler. Joe found every boot he used while roping would tear and fall apart. He came upon a boot from England that fit his needs but the cost to import was too great. The company went out of business leaving Joe without a reliable boot. He spent many years finding the correct rubber formula and eventually started Horse-Craft Products™ in 1971. H-C began manufacturing Coolback™ Saddle Pads, custom rope bags, soft sided western luggage, rodeo sunscreens and the signature Premium Red Pull-On Bell Boots and Dally Wraps Horse-Craft Products™ offers today. Joe Arnold passed away in 2019. His legacy is left in the memories of all those he called friends. Joe's family now runs Horse-Craft and we are committed to producing the highest quality bell boots and dally wraps on the market.
