Each mobile service van is fully equipped to manufacturer hose assemblies on site from 1/4" to 2", one to four wire hoses. All the Mobile Service Vans carry 600 line items, ensuring most hose assemblies can be manufactured and installed ONSITE, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, keeping customer down time to a minimum. Hosemasters has the capacity to supply in excess of 9000 line items.

What does working as part of the Hosemasters team entail?
Hosemasters offers a service where you go to the customer remove their blown/faulty hose, manufacture a new one ONSITE making an educated decision about the best hose for the job and then fit the hose.
The customer then gets the machine back up and running without costing any further money in down time.
Our customer service does not stop there. It is expected that you would look over the machine for any further hoses that may be at risk of failing and to confirm that the hoses on the machine are right for the job.
It is expected that you will then tag the hoses with documentation for the client giving the optimum change out date and the fittings and type of hose used for quick reference in future breakdown situations.
You will be available to attend these breakdowns at any time of the night or day 7
