In addition, Hotel Equity Management offers a wide range of personalised consulting services and assists hotel owners to achieve desired results. HEM was founded in 2009 and incorporated in 2011. Our projects include a diverse range of Hotels (from Luxury to Business and Budget) and Key locations of focus for HEM’s have been most of the primary and secondary cities of emerging markets in Europe and Asia with the view of international exposure to markets including Bangladesh, India, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro, Cyprus, Spain, Italy, Greece, Czech Republic, and Poland.
