Yingcheng in Hubei Province, located in the northern hilly area of Jianghan plain, is my hometown. Embracing the title of “ a land flowing with milk and honey”, it is near to Wuhan, the central city in China with most convenient traffic. People in Yingcheng enjoy happy life.
Learning sewing skill is a tradition in my hometown. All my six sisters have been trained to sew. There is a custom in learning sewing skill in Hubei: one can only finish his apprenticeship after 4-year learning. Thus, garments workers in Hubei Province are professional and skillful. They know well all skills throughout the tailor process measurements to finished garments.
