It has always been our ambition to have our own company and build something for the future. The experience we had gained from our previous careers over the years worked very well in helping us create the HotJacks brand and the implementation of our concept, using our marketing experience to promote the business both short and long term. The foundation is now in place and we are always looking at different ways to expand HotJacks in the near future A new HotJacks site was launched in October 2011 in The Waterside Shopping Centre in Lincoln. Managed by Leanne Bottom the team have worked tremendously hard delivering quality and customer satisfaction to the highest standards and is already hugely popular in Lincoln. The introduction of our exciting new Farm Shop produce gives us even greater quality and a new dimension in the market place. Full English HotJacks Breakfast menu and The Steak Sizzler have already proved real HotJacks winners!
