Hotspot Network Limited (HNL) was founded in 2012 to focus on the provision of managed services to communication service providers in Nigeria, which include Tower and Colocation Services, Engineering Support Services, Wireless Solutions, BTS Deployment in off-Grid locations and Site Development Services. HNL is a spinoff of Verreux, which provided contract based services to telecoms in Nigeria, IP Network Solutions, Telecom Infrastructure Deployment, IT Infrastructure Deployment, VSAT planning and deployment.
HNL is a licensed Infrastructure Sharing & Colocation and Internet Services Provider with the Nigerian Communications Commission, which licenses have been secured since the inception of the company in 2012. In over 15 years of operations, HNL has acquired a reasonable market share and recognition amongst key public and private sector spenders.
