Hound Capital is an investor in smaller middle market private companies. Our Managing Partners have invested over $1.4 billion in more than 65 private transactions across the globe and have operated businesses with up to ~$100 million in revenue. We generally partner with our investor network who control well over $1.0 billion of deployable committed capital to consummate investments. This network provides us flexibility in the amount of capital we can bring into a transaction and allows us flexibility to participate in both control and minority situations. Hound offers a flexible investment approach and seeks to accommodate our partners’ and counterparties’ wishes through a collaborative process.
