Housemartin

Housemartin (formerly Assetz Exchange) is a UK-based investment platform that focuses exclusively on crowdfunding homes for people needing support. These include (but are not limited to): people with learning or physical difficulties, people with autism or with mental health issues, people with experience of the criminal justice system and asylum seekers. Housemartin has over 2,500 registered investors who have to date lent over £28 million to crowdfund 105 individual homes that accommodate 261 people who require support. So far, in excess of £4 million in interest payments have been made to investors.
