Our Story:
A civil engineering job brought Mr. Soni, our founder, to New York, but it was his continuing hunger for the taste of home that drove him to create House of Spices, one of New York City’s first stores devoted to Indian food products, with his wife and brother in 1972.
48 years later, our products are available across North America, with offices opening across the world that fosters and honors the entrepreneurial spirit.
