We also deliver a HouseScan Approved service where house builders can use our services to ensure the homes they are building are to the best possible quality and ensure they save time, money, hassle and stress by having a professional assess their homes before the homeowner moves in. The service includes inspection, re-inspection and certification that the home has been HouseScan Approved.
