We fulfill our mission through innovative, award-winning housing and programs that benefit the city's economy and revitalize neighborhoods. Through rent assistance vouchers, below market rentals, and resident support programs, Housing Catalyst moves people out of homelessness, stabilizes families, and improves lives. Through our rental properties and housing programs, we help more than 2,100 families (over 4,000 individuals) in Northern Colorado each year. Our program and housing portfolio includes: Housing Choice Vouchers Project-Based Housing Vouchers Single Occupancy Residences (SRO) Permanent Supportive Housing HUD public housing in Fort Collins Management of Wellington Housing Authority Management of Larimer County Housing Authority Apartment communities with below market rents, created through a mix of local and state grants, low income housing tax credits and/or conventional financing
