Housing Impact has a fresh approach to property development. We achieve this by providing scalable, future-focused property developments that are socially inclusive and nature-positive. Leading the way towards a seismic change in industry thinking that recognises how change must come now to mitigate the built environment's contribution to the dual crises of climate change and biodiversity. To do this authentically we make sure all our developments are audited independently and benchmarked using the 2nd Edition RICS Whole Life Carbon Assessment and exceeding mandatory biodiversity requirements. Housing Impact also aims to forge long-term and meaningful partnerships with charities, housing associations and funds that share these values and understand the importance of always keeping the individual in mind and measuring long-term social impact outcomes.
